PizzaLab arose from a passion for the art of Neapolitan pizza. We take you on a journey, playing with both expectations and tastebuds. Each element on our menu is carefully selected and handcrafted with care and passion. Our handmade dough is light in texture and melts in the mouth – we like to call this easy-going meltiness. It sounds a bit different, yeah, but we’re sure you’ll agree after the first bite.
Our menu is constantly evolving, featuring new and exciting pizzas that align with the seasons.

WE REGULARLY GO BACK TO THE SOURCE…
With the mindset that pizza is only as good as the sum of its parts, the team toured Southern Italy to create the menu, working closely with artisan farmer to ensure authenticity and unrivalled flavour in each ingredient. Back in the Netherlands, PizzaLab was excited to find an Italian artisan producing fresh cheeses twice a week in Amsterdam using Dutch Bufala milk, which will feature on the menu.
